Priority, Higher Level of Service
Retained Search clients are given priority and a higher level of service. This includes a dedicated recruiting team with expertise to attract passive senior level candidates and confidential replacement searches. This model is designed to give our clients the confidence that the entire search is being fully executed and managed and have a dedicated team of experts presenting them with the best candidates in the market.
Upfront Cost Efficiency
Contained Search is considered the hybrid search model and most common model. This is a great choice for clients who would still like the superior performance of retained search, but with upfront cost efficiency and payment structure that is competitive to a contingent search model. The Contained search is excellent for critical hiring needs that need to be filled by specific deadlines. We recommend this model for clients who have hiring needs that must be completed within a 6-8 week window.
Lower-Level to Mid-Level Search
Contingent Search is preferred by clients generally for lower-level to mid-level searches and when a client is working with additional recruiting firms. Enhance Recruiting standards are high, however, with this model we cannot guarantee a specific deadline. We gear more toward the first two models because as your partner, we both have “skin in the game”.
