Denise Doan
Founder, Managing Partner
Denise has devoted her entire career to recruiting. After working for the largest privately owned recruiting firm in the country, opening a branch office in a new city for a large publicly traded recruiting company, and improving business operations for a local boutique recruiting firm, she started her first business and has never looked back. She began supporting countless companies with their recruiting strategies at the age of 26 and has built 22 years of experience working with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 public corporations. In that time, she has recruited executive-level roles in all major industries, rebuilt recruiting and interviewing processes to attract and retain talent, created recruiting strategies for challenging locations, developed company operations that encourage the success of recruiters through successful hiring and much more. Denise’s passion for helping others, unmatched customer service style, along with her enthusiasm for the recruiting industry, is the driving force behind Enhance Recruiting’s vision of building a distinguished reputable recruiting firm.
Denise studied and graduated from Southwest Texas State University and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. Like her husband, Kris and two boys, Braden and Cade she adores her family and loves traveling and spending time with them. In her free time, Denise is having fun at sporting events, floating the river, boating on the lakes, hanging at the beach…all while enjoying Texas Country Music with family and friends!
Amy Lindsley

Amy Lindsley knows relationship building and has a passion for connecting people with opportunities. In fact, she has been described as a natural relationship builder. Over the last 25 years she has worked to launch multiple successful start-up companies including her own marketing and publishing company. Her commitment, loyalty, and do-what-it-takes attitude has attributed to her success creating and maintaining new revenue streams for her clients. Amy has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of her clients’ unique business needs. With a successful track record of learning a company’s culture & brand then focusing on creating the best plan to satisfy her client’s hiring goals. Amy brings her keen sense of business and relationship building skills to Enhance Recruiting, helping to establish its reputation as one of the leading civil engineering recruiting firms in Texas.
Amy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Austin. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family including her 3 daughters & her puppy (also a female), her husband is outnumbered! She has a passion for travel and the outdoors, you can usually find her on the Frio River or on a beach!
